• RH

The dry RH value that SmartDRY™ is set to maintain. SmartDRY™ is a dryer and thus can only remove moisture from the interior of the cabinet. Drying stops when the measured RH reaches the set point and resumes when the measured RH value rises 0.5% above the set point.

      • RH Setpoint
        3.0%RH
  • Dry Alarm Settings

An Alarm can be set on both the RH and Temperature values in the SmartDRY™ mode. These alarms are independent of the alarms that can be set in the optional SmartBAKE™ mode. Both the RH and Temperature alarms are an “over limit” type, meaning, the alarm will sound when the measured value rises above the set Alarm value.

  • Date and Time

The date and time was set at the factory and is maintained by a battery backup. For proper time display on the graph view, the time zone and daylight savings time mode can be set for your location. You can also select 12 or 24 hour time format.

  • Lighting

There are two automatic lighting controls that can be set or disabled: the Door switch and the Status. With the Door switch set to yes, the white interior LEDs will automatically turn on when the door is open. Set to no, and the door switch will no longer cause the white interior LEDs to turn on when the door is opened. With the Status set to yes, the current status of the cabinet is shown by the LEDs in the interior lighting. Set to no, and the interior LEDs no longer show the current cabinet status.

  • Data Logging

The time between logging is set to 6 minutes (10 reading per hour) at the factory. This can be changed to any value between 1 and 60 minutes. The internal memory uses a first in/first out (FIFO) storage method and can store up to 8,000 RH/Temp measurements or Events, such as Alarms or Power lose, etc. This is sufficient for about 30 days of recorded history before the oldest data starts to be deleted as new data is logged.

        6 minutes
  • Units

The units of temperature can be set for either ºC or ºF.

      • Scale Unit

  • Sensor

The RH/Temperature probe is calibrated independent of the SmartDRY™ Cabinet. It's calibration constants and serial number are stored in the probe itself. These can be viewed here, and the calibration constants can be changed if you want to perform a calibration adjustment.
